Published SARs and Other Reviews

A Safeguarding Adult Review is held when an adult at risk dies, or experiences serious neglect or abuse, and there is concern that partner agencies could have worked more effectively to protect them.  The SAR will review the circumstances to see whether any lessons can be learned and it is important that the learning is shared so that individuals can continue to improve practice.

Child / Adult 15

A case review into the Trafficking of Child/Adult 15 for Domestic Servitude and Sexual Exploitation was published in 2015.  The case review was jointly commissioned by Salford Safeguarding Adults Board (SSAB) and Salford Safeguarding Children's Board.  There is also a consolidated action plan which can be viewed.

Learning Review for Mary

A joint learning review was conducted between Salford Community Safety Partnership and Salford Safeguarding Adults Board for service user 'Mary'.
